Official Transcripts
Baptist Health College Little Rock has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide online transcript ordering. Transcripts may be requested 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Transcript requests submitted on the weekends, or while the college is closed, will be processed in the order received when the college resumes business hours. Please be aware that the National Student Clearinghouse only handles your transcript order. The Clearinghouse does not have access to your academic record and does not print your transcript. This allows us to better serve the needs of our current students and alumni in the following ways:
- Convenient 24/7 ordering access, including order status checks
- Ability to email PDF transcript(s) to recipient(s)
- Hard-copy transcripts can also be requested and are sent by first-class mail via USPS
- Faster service because of reduced processing time
- Secure transactions
- Automatic order updates via email and text
- Online order tracking
- Ability to order multiple transcripts for multiple recipients in one order
- Ability to scan and upload any attachments that need to accompany your transcript
Official Transcript fee – $10.00 per request

NOTE: Transcript processing takes approximately 2-3 business days for processing. During peak periods, requests may take 3-5 business days or longer. All transcript requests will be sent to the Business Office to confirm there are no financial holds before the transcript is sent.

Unofficial Transcripts

Requests must include the student’s signature and should be submitted (in person, via fax, or through US Mail) to the Baptist Health College Little Rock Business Office. The Business Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm. Request forms may also be submitted to registrar@bhclr.edu.
